We acquired 76–94 Koplick Road, Chambers Flat in late 2022 and lodged a Development Application for 216 lots in 2023. Before council approval, multiple private and publicly listed developers expressed interest in buying the project. Douglas Development Corporation strategically sold the site in early 2024, reducing risk while capturing the equity uplift to fund future growth and expand the company’s development portfolio.
