ABOUT DOUGLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Founded in 2014, Douglas Development Corp. has been building beautiful homes, townhouses, units, and large subdivisions throughout QLD and NSW.
Douglas Development Corp. was founded by Managing Director James Douglas. Coming from a high-profile family involved in real estate and developments, James' interest in property development started at a young age. He completed a double degree at Bond University in Business (BBus) and the other in Sustainable and Urban Property Development. While at University, James had access to an array of contacts notably world-class architects, financial advisors, accountants, and other developers which he still maintains strong relationships with today. After graduating, he gained extensive experience in Toronto, Canada working for a large development company before returning to the Gold Coast to begin his own company.
His professional team works closely with town planners, architects, engineers, local council, and sales agents in order to produce results that exceed expectations.
